This extremely well established Lloyd’s insurance organisation has an excellent market reputation and due to growth is now looking for a new member of staff for their operations team.

Some previous operations experience and strong Excel skills are essential. Previous insurance exposure would be highly beneficial.

Duties:
  • To work as a member of the Operations Team helping to ensure administration functions are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Analyse operational processes and the use of technology to achieve goals.
  • To assist in ensuring that all regulatory deadlines and requirements are met.
  • To take responsibility for projects as directed by the Operations Director.
  • To ensure that all duties are undertaken promptly and professionally.
  • Oversight of Lloyd’s Capacity Auction process including liaison with Lloyd’s Departments and processing members' instructions.
  • Liaison with Underwriting Research to manage syndicate level capacity data.
  • Production of underwriting results data for clients including liaison with Lloyd’s Departments and coordination of the processing of members' instructions.
  • To assist with the production of Estimate Reports and underwriting results to be sent to members.
  • To assist with the processing of ‘Know Your Client’ data including liaison with the Compliance team.
  • To manage the administration of the offsite storage database.
  • To assist with the maintenance of standing data on business systems.
  • To run reports and analyse data from company business systems as requested.
  • To monitor the return of documents processed centrally.
  • To photocopy, scan and profile centrally produced documents as required.
