This extremely friendly and team-oriented professional services organisation has an excellent market reputation and is now looking for a new member of staff to work as a Receptionist / Client Services Assistant at their City of London offices. This will initially be a ten-month contract. The role is part of the Professional Support team, a people-focused and service-driven team responsible for ensuring the office environment meets the needs of company colleagues. From greeting clients to managing facilities, the team ensures the workplace is safe, efficient, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greeting them in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and discreetly.
  • Coordinate meeting-room bookings, ensuring seamless scheduling, booking confirmations, and room set-up.
  • Support the organisation of client meetings, events and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the hospitality team to ensure catering requirements are met.
  • Undertake regular checks to ensure the reception and meeting rooms are maintained to a high standard.
  • Assist the Client Services Senior Manager and the Marketing Team with events.
  • Handle general administrative duties, such as booking couriers and taxis, maintaining spreadsheets and updating the reception manual.
