To 60,000This leading financial services organisation has an excellent reputation and is continuing to grow.
As a result of this they are now looking for a payroll professional, initially on a contract until September 2024 but with the possibility of a permanent position at that time.
The main function of the role will be managing the company and its client's payroll and benefit activities and ensuring that these run smoothly, efficiently and accurately.
Working with the wider HR team and managing the end-to-end payroll processing for multiple client organisations, including payroll inputs and checks across several different payroll providers Plan and execute tax year end including liaising with HMRC when needed, generating P11Db, P60s and reconciling Directors NI.
Develop, refine and manage the payroll system for optimal performance.
Manage the pension requirements across the Company and its clients in line with current provisions.
Generate payroll reports and perform data analysis to support the business and its clients and provide data as and when required.
Liaise with the benefit providers and undertake annual benefit reviews.
Supporting the wider HR team with projects including onboarding new clients onto payroll software, including BACs setup.
