Senior HR Manager with Financial Services experience is required by an Asset Management company in the West End. Currently 4 days a week in office and 1 from home. The role's focus requires both a Strategic and Hands-on Operational overview of the full Employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management responsibilities for Employee relations, Performance management, Talent Acquisition.
  • Advising Business Managers on ER matters.
  • Representing HR on Operations Committees, Remuneration, Promotion, etc.
  • Management of the employee lifecycle and HR operation activities.
  • Mentor the HR Team.
  • Review Policies and procedures across the HR function.

You will be expected to manage the team responsible for implementing HR processes with efficiency, while ensuring employment regulations, professional standards, policies and procedures and legislations are all in place. Your open approach will be an active representation of the company values, setting and reinforcing the standard for positive behaviours at all levels. You will need to be passionate about supporting all employees, building strong relationships and representing the staff perspective in decision-making processes conducted at management and executive level. It is highly preferred that you will have experience working within an Investment / Asset Manager or other financial markets orientated organisation.
