An Investment and Wealth management company in W1, London are looking for a proactive and highly organised Graduate Business Assistant to support the Asset Management leadership team. This opportunity is well suited to someone early in their career who is looking for genuine exposure to a fast-paced investment environment.
Alongside core diary, travel and administrative support, this role has a project-based dimension beyond administrative support. Working closely with the leadership team, you will work on improvement and efficiency initiatives - from streamlining recurring processes to supporting internal projects - with scope for this to grow as you prove yourself.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, detail-oriented administrative and business support to the asset management leadership team, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, preparation of itineraries and agendas, and expense processing.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and diary support to other senior members of the Asset Management team as required.
- Prepare and organise materials for meetings, including agendas, papers and follow-up actions.
- Take on defined improvement projects within the department, working with the leadership to identify where support would add most value (for example, streamlining recurring meeting processes or maintaining shared trackers).
