Overview IT Operations Manager. This well established and highly successful financial services organisation has an excellent reputation and is now looking for an IT Operations Manager, a newly created role. As the company\’s IT infrastructure and its administration are delivered by third parties, this role is primarily one of outsourced services management, rather than hands-on technical work.Responsibilities Management of core, outsourced IT services contract.Project management.Change management, working alongside Operations Manager.Onsite IT support and triage of issues prior to escalation to relevant supplier.Member of Incident Response Team.Membership of the monthly Information Security Forum.Management of software and device estate.Ongoing development of governance and controls around IT and Data.Auditor liaison and response.Qualifications Experience managing third party supplier relationships.Working knowledge of cyber security, resilience and control.Knowledge of the London insurance market would be beneficial but not essential.
