Overview

Our client is looking for a Talent Development Specialist as part of an IT Graduate Trainee Program in London with Global Financial Markets/Trading focus. Initial 9-month graduate contract offering three rotations with potential for a permanent contract at program end.

What we are looking for

• Degree (BSc, MSc) in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Cyber Security or similar.
• Interest in Python and AI.
• A strong interest in technology demonstrated through work experience, extracurricular activities, or academic studies. Examples may include an internship in a technology role or technology-focused university projects.

Development & training

This strengths-based programme is designed specifically for graduates, offering a personalised learning path with online education, face-to-face workshops, on-the-job training and networking events with senior managers and the Board. A mentor and assigned buddy help advise on rotations and introduce you to industry experts to explore all aspects of the energy value chain.
