This leading Lloyd’s underwriter has an excellent market reputation and is looking for a new member of staff for their reinsurance team. The ideal candidate will have some insurance exposure and strong academics (a minimum of three B grades at A level or equivalent). This role will be based in their City of London office five days a week.
Responsibilities:- Reinsurance system updating, maintenance, and exception review/resolving
- Importing and matching LORS in a timely manner
- Clearing underwriting messages in a timely manner
- Maintaining filing for the team, as required
- Chasing aged debt, as required
- Credit Control
- Assist team with Month-end processes
- Assisting with Quota share processes and issuing accounts
- Issuing premium adjustments
- Assist with historic queries/data cleansing
- Adhoc tasks as required by the team
