Our client, a global financial markets trading company, is offering a 12‑month contract based in London with a salary range of £25,000 – £29,000 per annum.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a degree in Accounting and some exposure to the insurance industry.
  • Strong numeric and spreadsheet skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process the monthly Lloyd’s slip documents.
  • Record and save the emails while responding to any queries raised.
  • Review monthly bordereaux and produce upload templates for submission, and perform monthly adjustments.
  • Run monthly reporting and keep tracking schedules updated.
  • Chase overdue bordereaux and attend monthly meetings with the underwriter to discuss progress and any issues.
  • Assist with the production of audit data.
  • Assist with and undertake tasks as defined by the Operations Specialist Manager.
