Our client is looking for a Talent Development Specialist and a Deputy Group Company Secretary.
We have a 6 month contract for Business Analysts with experience in Human Resources Learning and Development using Workday technology. It's a Hybrid position.
Experience in leading and driving change and projects is essential. You will be leading/contributing to business analysis on strategic projects that help our Human Resources Team.
Collaborate directly with the Business stakeholders, business relationship managers, and the technology teams crafting and delivering our enabling technology.
- Business Needs Identification: Operates at a functional level in assessing and defining business need and areas for improvement.
- Business Analysis Planning: Selects the appropriate analysis approach to a piece of work depending on its complexity, level of risk, known assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
- Stakeholder Analysis & Change: Effectively identifies stakeholders from all areas of the business, and actively builds and maintains relationships according to individual stakeholder needs and levels of influence.
- Requirements Analysis and Design Definition: Responsible and accountable for requirements management plans including elicitation, approvals, processes, RAID and scope impacts.
- Business Case Definition: Shapes and defines the business case, producing detailed business justification for investment including ROI and benefits realization.
- Solution Evaluation: Highly proficient in analyzing and assessing solution proposals and able to articulate supporting reasoning.
Work collaboratively with Business Relationship Managers, Various levels of Business Stakeholders, Business customers, Process owners, IT Architecture, Delivery and Support, Test Lead, and Change Management/Communication Lead.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years HR IT experience
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst preferred
- Experience in leading and driving change and projects
- Domain knowledge of Catalogues, request management, Incidents and problems, Work queue and task management, Quotations and charges, ServiceNow
- Experience of successfully deploying business analysis tools/techniques to enable business change
- Engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation and influencing skills
- Experience of virtual collaboration to lead, shape and develop innovative solutions
- Experience of working with and managing third party suppliers/vendors
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Formal certification in business analysis practice preferred
- Practical usage of Agile Methodology
- Experience of working in a global organization with complex/geographical context
- Exposure to User Centered Design and Design thinking
