We are looking for a Graduate Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI) to join our client\’s team in Canary Wharf, London.
Job Overview
This is a junior role in a team of four within the Strategy & Business Intelligence Department, providing analytical support and liaising with other departments internally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver BI driven reporting to accommodate different levels within the organization, supporting timely decision making
- Provide thoughtful analytical based insights to help Europe Commercial arrive at more informed business decisions
- Utilise available data warehouses and data mining tools to spot trends and highlight potential opportunities
- Support the development and implementation of new BI tools
- Support in the delivery of the annual budget, including preparation of budget templates, co-ordinating across functions, and provision of reports
- Deliver tailored data analysis to key individuals and teams within the organization
- Develop reports summarising performance measurement versus key metrics for colleagues and senior management
- Provide analytical capability cross-functionally as needed
- Conduct financial modelling and review of business opportunities
Core/Skill Requirements
- Developed and proven analytical skills
- Understanding of economics supporting UK business
- Financially numerate and advanced Excel skills
- Proficient in Power BI
- Knowledge of SAP / BW for data extraction and analysis
- Good interpersonal skills
- Flexible, with ability to adapt to evolving briefs
- Budget aware
- Able to work efficiently and collaboratively with others
