This leading consultants, accountants and business advisors has an exceptionally friendly and team oriented atmosphere and is continuing to grow. They are now looking for an experienced Administrator for their Talent Acquisition team. Previous talent acquisition exposure would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will provide full administrative support, screening, interview scheduling, and administering assessments for early careers and experienced hire roles.
Duties will include:
- Screen applications to ensure they meet the minimum entry criteria and manage candidate applications through the applicant tracking system.
- Administer online assessments to candidates, schedule interviews and room bookings and facilitate/administer remote and onsite testing for candidates at interview stage.
- Ensure the ATS is up to date and all triggers and interview kits are loaded onto each role.
- Ensure interview documentation is prepared and distributed to hiring managers in advance of an interview taking place.
- In time, and with training, hold interview screening calls with candidates.
- Check that all interview feedback is received, reviewed and filed appropriately following interviews.
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness of recruitment best practice, GDPR and equal opportunities legislation.
- Manage the academic tracker for all trainees.
- Manage the Trainee Recruitment inbox.
- Check and process trainee expenses in a timely manner.
- Support the HR Adviser with administrative tasks relating to all work experience requests, and placements, as well as the completion of appropriate administrative actions to support their on-boarding.
- Ensure all Early Careers opportunities are advertised on the Careers Website and all other applicable advertising platforms.
- Support with the preparation and attendance of careers fairs.
- Draft offer documentation, contracts of employment and training contracts.
- Liaise with the Technology team to ensure new joiner details and software requirements are accurate.
- Assist with the welcome and induction of all new starters ensuring that appropriate actions are completed.
- Process background checks for all new joiners and monitor completion.
