We are exclusively partnered with a prestigious firm of financial planners who, as a result of continued business growth, are looking to expand their city-based financial planning team. This unique offering will see you form part of our client's in-house 'Adviser Academy' and embark on a journey in becoming a fully qualified independent financial adviser.
What our client is looking for:
- 2 years experience within financial services/wealth management (essential)
- Level 4 qualified/close to completion (essential)
- Previous client services administration/paraplanning experience (essential)
- Strong academic background (essential)
- Client meeting experience (desirable)
The academy offering:
- Fully funded study support via CIIA
- Structured & bespoke development plan
- Expert training & mentoring
- In-depth understanding of the financial planning process
The package (whilst in the academy):
- Starting basic salary of up to c£45,000
