We are exclusively partnered with a prestigious firm of financial planners who, as a result of continued business growth, are looking to expand their city-based financial planning team. This unique offering will see you form part of our client's in-house 'Adviser Academy' and embark on a journey in becoming a fully qualified independent financial adviser.

What our client is looking for:

  • 2 years experience within financial services/wealth management (essential)
  • Level 4 qualified/close to completion (essential)
  • Previous client services administration/paraplanning experience (essential)
  • Strong academic background (essential)
  • Client meeting experience (desirable)

The academy offering:

  • Fully funded study support via CII
  • A structured & bespoke development plan

  • In-depth understanding of the financial planning process

The package (whilst in the academy):

  • Starting basic salary of up to c£45,000
