We are partnered with a chartered firm of financial planners to appoint a senior, qualified Paraplanner to head up their paraplanning function. With a client bank of HNW private clientele, this role offers an experienced Paraplanner a real opportunity to act as an integral member of the team. Team leader/managerial experience would prove beneficial but not essential.
Duties & responsibilities (not limited to):
- Lead & manage a team of paraplanners
- Writing and tailoring high quality suitability letters based on consultation with the Financial Planners
- To complete compliant suitability reports
- Dealing with complex investments
- Extensive product research surrounding the key financial products in order to arrive at the most suitable recommendations
The Person:
- Chartered status/near to completion (essential)
- Minimum of c3 years + paraplanning experience (essential)
- Manager/team leader experience (essential)
- Exposure to HNW clientele (desirable)
- Excellent working knowledge surrounding the key areas of Financial Planning
