Are you an ambitious Financial Services Administrator or Junior Paraplanner looking to take the next step in your career with a firm that will invest in your technical development and long-term progression? We are exclusively partnered with one of the City of London's leading independent financial planning firms, currently hiring a Trainee/ Junior Paraplanner.

Key Requirements

  • Previous IFA Admin/ paraplanning experience (essential)
  • Studying towards CII Level 4 (desirable)

Role Overview

  • Act as the Director's first point of contact for clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Support clients throughout the onboarding process
  • Arrange client meetings and annual reviews
  • Follow up on actions from client meetings
  • Process client transactions in line with company and FCA requirements
  • Prepare compliant suitability reports
  • Conduct investment and fund research to support recommendations
  • In depth understanding of the financial planning process
