We are exclusively partnered with one of the City of London's leading independent financial planning firms, currently hiring a Trainee/ Junior Paraplanner.
Key Requirements
- Previous IFA Admin/ paraplanning experience (essential)
- Studying towards CII Level 4 (desirable)
Role Overview
- Act as the Director's first point of contact for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Support clients throughout the onboarding process
- Arrange client meetings and annual reviews
- Follow up on actions from client meetings
- Process client transactions in line with company and FCA requirements
- Prepare compliant suitability reports
- Conduct investment and fund research to support recommendations
- In depth understanding of the financial planning process
