Warehouse Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Poland.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the client warehouse/yard setup in the Port of Leba
- Coordinate the PPE, lifting equipment and tool storage
- Manage the issue of return of equipment to internal personnel and external contractors
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and certification of equipment
- Prepare tools and cargo in cooperation with site technicians
- Loading/unloading of CTVs via shoreside crane
- Receiving and sending stores/cargo
- Warehouse management including stock keeping
- Manage and coordinate document control of equipment certification and upload of documents to the document management systems
- Coordinate and schedule port facility sharing on a daily basis for site team/visitors
- Maintain yard security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the port facility
- Welcome visitors, including site induction and helping them to utilise the port facilities
- Inform client team about external visitors in client port
- Support with organising parking spots for employees and guests
Requirements
- Polish right to work essential
- Slinger/Banksman certification
- Valid UDT forklift operator licence
- Valid UDT stationary crane operator certificate (up to 3.5 tonnes)
- Valid GWO: manual handling, fire awareness, first aid
