Key Responsibilities
- Support regional market expansion by delivering technically sound and commercially competitive utility-scale PV solutions.
- Lead customer-facing technical engagements, including solution presentations, workshops, and technical clarification meetings.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to identify customer pain points, technical requirements, and project constraints.
- Design and optimize system-level solutions aligned with project specifications, grid requirements, and local standards.
- Maintain and develop long-term technical relationships with developers, EPCs, utilities, and key partners.
- Conduct regular customer visits for solution positioning, technical support, and project discussions.
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, and bid-related documentation.
- Collect structured market and customer feedback and relay it to internal product, engineering, and R&D teams.
- Coordinate with external technical partners and internal resources to support solution delivery and differentiation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in utility-scale solar PV projects, pre-sales engineering, or system design.
- Strong understanding of utility-scale system architecture, grid connection, and project execution.
- Proven experience working with OEMs, manufacturers, EPCs, or developers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with senior, customer-facing stakeholders.
- Established local market exposure and relationships within the UAE / Middle East are highly preferred.
- Candidates should provide a project list detailing utility-scale projects they have supported (capacity, location, role).
