We are looking for a Senior PPA Negotiation Specialist to strengthen our commercial capabilities and lead complex PPA transactions. Responsibilities:

  • Lead end‑to‑end negotiation of physical and financial PPAs with utilities, corporates, traders, and other offtakers.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle: structuring, negotiation, drafting, and execution.
  • Provide commercial insights on pricing, market trends, and regulatory changes in Spain.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with legal, technical, financial, and development teams.
  • Act as a key reference point internally for PPA structuring and negotiation strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of independent PPA negotiation experience in Spain.
  • Proven track record of closing PPA agreements end‑to‑end.
  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish energy market, pricing, and regulation.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
