Senior PMO – Offshore Wind Farm Developer (Netherlands)
Senior PMO required for a major offshore wind farm developer based in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and overseeing project planning, milestone schedules, programme interdependencies, and risk assessments.
- Monitoring project deliverables and managing project documentation.
- Setting up and analysing capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Ensuring progress reporting is completed and proactively identifying risks and issues.
- Preparing communications to inform and engage stakeholders, project teams, and steering committees.
- Preparing and organising relevant project meetings and governance sessions.
- Supporting the delivery of projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
Requirements
- Higher professional education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent), preferably in engineering, finance, or business administration.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project support within a project management environment.
- Experience acting as a key liaison between portfolio managers, programme managers, project managers, business stakeholders, IT organisations, and external suppliers.
- PRINCE2, IPMA-D, or equivalent project management certification.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Experience working within Agile project environments.
