Responsibilities
- Draft and cross-compare contracts.
- Coordinate internally with P&C, legal and engineering teams.
- Convert technical drafting into commercial drafting.
- Identify, coordinate and manage identified risks.
- Provide market positions based on experience.
- Work with heavily amended FIDIC Yellow Book contracts and LOGIC elements.
- Support the ESI Package with detailed contract work; negotiations are underway.
- Participate in negotiations where required, but not leading them.
Qualifications
- Experience drafting FIDIC Yellow Book contracts and LOGIC.
- Offshore experience is vital.
- Some technical experience to read and draft documentation with technical elements.
- Experience with NEC contract forms is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail and internal coordination skills.
