Document Management Specialist for a major offshore wind project based in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality, traceability and timely delivery of all project documents.
- Control & monitor critical documentation processes.
- Ensure use of standardized, consistent processes and tools across packages.
- Ensure overview of documents in the master documents register.
- Assure proper and timely communication of document management requirements and responsibilities for technical and non-technical documentation to project team.
- Implement best practices and lessons learned for document management, tools and processes.
- Provide reports on Document progress when required.
- Management and control of BLP Share Point.
Requirements:
- Experience of using Aconex for document management with contractors would be highly desirable.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience.
- 3 years as project documentation controller and/or QA/QC roles in engineering or construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Documented ability with EDMS.
