Contract Manager - SMA for a major offshore wind project in Germany. Lead contract management for a major offshore wind project in Germany, supporting WTG TSA/SMA and leading tender processes for O&M Service Provider preparation. You will negotiate and implement various contracts (FIDIC, BIMCO, IMCA, BGB based) and provide input into contractual and commercial tender evaluations. You will drive commercial solutions and lead negotiations with international counterparties, prepare a due date calendar and anti-claims prevention strategy, liaise between the project’s legal and technical advisors, identify and solve interface issues, contribute to other packages and workstreams, lead on smaller offshore wind development contracts and procurement (e.g., environmental studies), contribute to and lead management presentations, and work closely with Project Management and external package managers.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Post-graduate university degree with above-average results
- Minimum 5 years project or contract management experience in the renewable energy sector
- Experience in offshore wind development and/or construction and/or operations
- Experience in offshore wind contract negotiations (WTG, foundations, cables, T&I and/or supply)
