Lead Electrical Engineer for a major Carbon Capture & Storage project based in The Netherlands
Responsibilities
- Safety first.
- Ensure that contractors and team members comply with the project's Health, Safety & Environment rules and procedures, ensuring that all operations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Ensure all data is consistent and correctly loaded into the completion system.
- Verify that the databases correctly reflect the agreed plant systemization.
- Review proposed templates for Inspection Test Records from contractors.
- Assess the proposed hand-over systemization.
- Review all contractor hand-over documentation.
- Monitor the progress of mechanical completion and commissioning in the various completion systems.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues, contractors and operations staff.
Requirements
- Completed bachelor's degree in instrumentation, process control or process engineering.
- Professional communication skills in English, preferably also in Dutch.
- Demonstrable experience in multidisciplinary project teams and collaboration with subcontractors.
- Minimum of 5 years of project experience in testing and commissioning instrumentation, process control and safety systems.
