Requirements

  • Strong experience in construction projects of offshore wind farms.
  • Deeply founded understanding of tendering and contracts used in array cable installation.
  • Strong project management experience in offshore logistics.
  • High commitment to HSE. The health and safety of all parties involved in the operation must be your priority at all times.
  • Practical offshore installation experience.
  • Experience with cable laying and burial.
  • Experience with CPS suppliers.
  • Experience with T&T.
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Experience with GIS, Orcaflex, and Auto CAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement with preparation of contracts and vessel charters with offshore construction companies.
  • Technical assessment of installation methodologies.
  • Review the Contractor's laying and burial procedures and ensure adherence to Employer's requirements, relevant standards, recommended practices, guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Support Interface Management to scope-related internal and external stakeholders (work packages, other projects, contractors, authorities).
  • Review and assist in cable routing, cable pull-in, and T&T methodologies.
  • Review the Contractor's pre-installation engineering works and procedures.
  • Coordinating with packages as well as other internal departments regarding project-specific requirements.
  • Oversee and coordinate the installation of IAC, including pre-laying surveys, cable laying, burial, and jointing activities.
