Document Controller for a major offshore wind farm in The UK
Responsibilities
- Process internal Document Number Requests.
- Day-to-day processing of document control-related requests (internal documentation, correspondence, etc).
- Conduct Aconex quality checks, identifying, investigating, and correcting metadata errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies to maintain data integrity and facilitate efficient document retrieval.
- Preparation / issue of Aconex status reports.
- Compilation of information packs.
- Upload / download of information from internal / external Data Rooms.
- Scanning hard copy documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in a Document Controller role, preferably in large multidiscipline engineering projects.
- Previous experience with Document Control systems in a project support office, preferably Oracle Aconex.
- Proven experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
