Overview
Onshore Substation Package for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in The United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Health, safety, environment, and quality.
- Design, supply, install, and commission.
- Programme.
- Commercial, claims and risks.
- Project reporting and development of processes and procedures.
- HSSE performance through design and implementation to eliminate or reduce risks during construction, operation and maintenance.
- Review and implementation of FEED and detailed design contracts, support main asset procurement and detail design.
- Define, develop and successfully manage the interfaces with the rest of project packages.
- Undertake tender document preparation, bid reviews and evaluations.
Requirements
- Master\\\βs in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years\\\β experience and knowledge in execution of onshore substation projects.
- Good knowledge of current health, safety and environmental legislation in particular CDM 2015 Regulations.
- Significant and in-depth experience in Project Management of onshore substation and/or HV works projects.
- High level of competency in contract management, claims management, negotiation techniques and dispute resolution methodologies.
