Integrated Programme Specialist for a Major Offshore Wind Farm in the UK

Responsibilities

  • Take a leading role within the Delivery team and provide technical support to the Planning team focused on the multi-disciplinary project programme, ensuring that package interfaces are clearly understood and captured across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Play a pivotal role in the final months of the pre-construction phase.
  • Support Project Planners in producing an integrated construction programme, optimising the critical path whilst ensuring the logic is realistic and constructable.
  • Ensure the integrated construction programme is kept accurate for the duration of the project, maximising opportunities to reduce the critical path, and conducting detailed analysis and reporting alongside the Planning team, e. g. the time impact of change events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in major project delivery within a multi-contract / disaggregated delivery model as a delivery planner, construction manager, interface manager, or other relevant role.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of using Primavera P6 on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, with familiarity with 4D digital programming and associated software preferred.
  • A strong understanding of NEC3 contract planning requirements, including assessing delay impacts, change events, and contractor claims.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in the pre-construction and construction phases of HVDC Converter station (or comparable complex building) delivery, including the ability to identify and manage interfaces across design, civil, building, and OEM packages.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
