HSE Advisor- Senior for a major offshore wind developer based in England.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitation of regular HSE meetings with Contractor and package representatives.
- Review of Risk Assessed Method Statements (RAMS).
- Operational HSE Assessment.
- Perform HSE induction of Clients Representatives.
- Perform HSE presentations at kick off meetings.
- HSE walk reports (e.g. using DIT).
- Entry of incidents and proactive measures in Synergi.
- Other deliverables as per Project (Q)HSE Risk management processes and AP QHSE Management framework.
Requirements:
- Relevant academic or technical background.
- Minimum 3-5 years' work experience with HSE, ideally from onshore renewables/offshore windfarm construction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills.
- IT literate (Microsoft office package, knowledge of Synergi is an advantage).
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and incident investigation.
- Demonstrable experience in dealing with 3rd party contractors in relation to HSE.
- Completed NEBOSH; (minimum level 3), or similar recognized HSE qualification.
- In date site safety passport (CCNSG or CSCS).
- Current clean UK driver's license.
