HSE Advisor required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in The United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with QHSE back-office to provide input to the global QHSE plan and strategy.
- Conduct safety inspections, incident investigation and root cause analysis (vessel, SOV, CTV, turbines, OSS, HUB-facilities, Helicopter facilities etc.).
- Document safety inspections.
- Support (plan, execute and follow up) in executions of emergency exercises and Emergency Response Plan.
- Review and update activity plan according to requirements, scope and KPI's.
- Support QHSE culture projects as needed.
- Roll-out and follow up of all QHSE-related campaigns both onshore and on vessels.
- Participate in kick-offs on vessels for service campaigns as relevant.
Requirements:
- Full GWO / HUET.
- QHSE related qualifications.
- Prior 3 year HSE experience in offshore wind.
