HSE Advisor required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in The United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with QHSE back-office to provide input to the global QHSE plan and strategy.
  • Conduct safety inspections, incident investigation and root cause analysis (vessel, SOV, CTV, turbines, OSS, HUB-facilities, Helicopter facilities etc.).
  • Document safety inspections.
  • Support (plan, execute and follow up) in executions of emergency exercises and Emergency Response Plan.
  • Review and update activity plan according to requirements, scope and KPI's.
  • Support QHSE culture projects as needed.
  • Roll-out and follow up of all QHSE-related campaigns both onshore and on vessels.
  • Participate in kick-offs on vessels for service campaigns as relevant.

Requirements:

  • Full GWO / HUET.
  • QHSE related qualifications.
  • Prior 3 year HSE experience in offshore wind.
