Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising on Project Finance Transactions – Deliver expert advice on the financing of energy and infrastructure projects, covering everything from initial term sheets to post-financial close support.
  • Cross-border & Complex Transactions – Manage international projects, collaborating with colleagues in global offices to provide advice on high-value, cross-border matters.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulators, offering strategic advice on key transactions and projects.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion – Contribute to tendering, proposals, and marketing efforts to expand the firm\’s energy and infrastructure finance practice.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership – Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas, mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to knowledge sharing and team development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with substantial experience in energy, infrastructure, or finance law, ideally with a background in project finance transactions.
  • Proven expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including renewables, energy efficiency, and low-carbon projects.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to manage complex, high-value transactions and client relationships.
