Specializing in end-to-end legal support, the team advises on projects ranging from offshore wind farms to EV charging infrastructure, ensuring clients receive timely and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:

Property Transactions & Advisory: Advise on land acquisition, leases, wayleaves, easements, and project structuring for energy and infrastructure developments.

Project Support & Risk Management: Collaborate with developers, investors, and public authorities to ensure compliance with property law and mitigate risks.

Stakeholder Engagement & Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulators, and industry bodies.

Business Development & Market Growth: Contribute to tenders, proposals, and marketing initiatives to expand the firm\’s energy and infrastructure practice.

Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally with planning, corporate, and environmental teams while mentoring junior lawyers and sharing industry knowledge.
Requirements:

Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with proven experience in energy and/or major infrastructure property work.
