T&I Transport and Marshalling Lead required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in the United Kingdom. Responsibilities Report to the T&I Work Package Manager (WPM). Report to the WTG JKT and OSP Technical Delivery Manager in the technical management of the JKT transport and marshalling scopes. Be a focal point and therefore have knowledge and experience in the delivery of jacket and topside transportation and marshalling, ideally also with an installation background. Interface closely with the EPC work packages, particularly fabrication sites and the port work package, as well as defining the T&I Contractor requirements, the transfers of custody between the different parties involved, etc. Efficiently interface with all other work packages as well as other internal stakeholders regarding the JKT scope-specific requirements. Demonstrable interface management is essential. Oversee the scheduling of vessel movements and site logistics to align with installation timelines. Support the technical interface and evaluation of the T&I and Transportation Contractors tendering the works during the bid phase, the clarification and negotiation phase and thereafter, the contract execution phase. Support the WTG JKT, OSP T&I Leads and JTK Design/Fabrication Leads with the interfaces with the relevant work stream managers for our projects to review the setup for execution in conjunction with the programme, the consenting application and discharge. Liaise with HSE and QA/QC to ensure compliance and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with relevant transport, lifting, and handling standards. Support the development of transport and marshalling procedures and method statements. Coordinate with suppliers, shipping agents, and port authorities for transport and port calls; Supervise marshalling yard operations, including receiving, handling, inspection, and storage of components. Actively integrate a multi-disciplinary team in a multi-cultural and multi-company environmentRequirements A proven minimum 10 years track record in working with/in cross-functional teams in offshore construction projects and transportation. Knowledge of JKT-related scopes and required operations is essential. Experience in transport, marshalling and load-in/out operations, especially transport and installation of heavy structures for offshore projects. Knowledge and experience in heavy-lift operations, international shipping, and port procedures. Knowledge and experience of grillage and sea fastening design, fabrication, and installation, Familiar with marine coordination, chartering, and vessel mobilization; Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards. A master\'s degree or the equivalent in engineering or industrial engineering A good understanding and working knowledge of large-scale energy projects in the offshore energy sector, preferably in Offshore Wind. You are effective in multi-stakeholder relationship building, demonstrated by your effective presentation, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
