Responsibilities:
- Support Directors office with high-volume administrative coordination.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, filing, spreadsheet development and management).
- Shadow the current EA and provide reliable cover when required.
- Manage event registrations and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Take ownership, work independently, and proactively support the office.
- Assist with meeting room upkeep and office presentation.
Experience:
