Security Officer (HSE) required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding responsible managers and control owners in the implementation of ISO 27001-controls.
  • Drafting, adapting and implementing process descriptions where necessary.
  • Designing appropriate control designs (set-up) and implementation processes, including recording where these are secured in the business unit.
  • Supervising the collection of evidence and the delivery of implementation documentation per control.
  • Reporting on progress and results to the Offshore Security Office and the ISO officer.
  • The focus is on the pragmatic design of security processes, in which quality is central to the implementation.
  • Coordinate weekly with the ISO officer and work closely with the corporate CSO Office, which manages the ISMS and coordinates the client-wide certification.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ISO 27001 and/or ISMS implementations.
  • Hold existing EU working rights.
  • Experience with implementing and operationalizing security controls within an organization.
  • Ability to describe processes clearly and make them practically applicable.
  • Analytically strong, with an eye for both design and operation of controls.
  • Communicative and comfortable in working with different stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic attitude, focused on quality in execution.
