Senior PMO required for a major offshore wind farm developer based in the Netherlands
Responsibilities
Setting up and overseeing project planning, milestone schedules, programme interdependencies, and risk assessments.
Monitoring project deliverables and managing project documentation.
Setting up and analysing capacity planning and resource allocation.
Ensuring progress reporting is completed and proactively identifying risks and issues.
Preparing communications to inform and engage stakeholders, project teams, and steering committees.
Preparing and organising relevant project meetings and governance sessions.
Supporting the delivery of projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
Requirements
Higher professional education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent), preferably in engineering, finance, or business administration.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project support within a project management environment.
Experience acting as a key liaison between portfolio managers, programme managers, project managers, business stakeholders, IT organisations, and external suppliers.
PRINCE2, IPMA-D, or equivalent project management certification.
Fluent in both Dutch and English.
Experience working within Agile project environments
