Lead Risk Manager for a major offshore wind farm in The UK Responsibilities: Main focal point for all Risk-related queries. Development and maintenance of the project risk register through the project Risk Management tool. Input into analysis of contract pricing and potential deviations from base contract scopes. Analysing programmes and progress data, including daily and weekly progress reports and continuous improving forecasting. Input into risk analysis for project economic model through QCRA and QSRA modelling. Providing Schedule risk analysis of "what-if" scenarios as required. Supporting interface and change management recording as requested.Requirements: You will have experience working in complex projects, alongside a knowledge of implementing and utilising project management software. You will bring a thorough understanding and practical hands-on experience with Excel, Primavera P6, and project risk management software packages, as well as relevant experience in communicating risk analysis with key stakeholders and developing KPIs. Project management experience within the offshore wind industry is strongly preferred. Outstanding negotiation, communication skills and commercial acumen, in conjunction with team orientation and the capacity to appreciate the "big picture", as well as prior experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, will hold you in good stead to be successful in this role
