Substation Automation and Telecom Systems Inspector needed for a Major Offshore Wind Developer in Europe Responsibilities: Develop and implement HSE requirements aligned with current standards and regulations. Organize training sessions to ensure staff are familiar with HSE policies and safe practices. Identify, evaluate, and manage health, safety, and environmental risks. Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with safety standards. Manage incident reporting, investigations, and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on incidents, audits, and improvements. Coordinate communication between project teams and HSE staff to ensure compliance. Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSE performance. Requirements: Strong knowledge of UK HSE regulations. Project management skills.
