HSE Advisor required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in The United Kingdom. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation, standards, and company policies. Monitor and enforce adherence to site-specific HSE procedures and practices. Conduct routine safety inspections and audits on offshore assets such as wind turbines, substations, vessels, and platforms. Identify potential hazards and unsafe practices. Lead or support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Record and report incidents, near-misses, and non-conformances. Support and ensure the proper implementation of PTW systems. Review and authorise permits as per operational procedures. Lead daily toolbox talks and pre-job briefings to ensure safe working practices. Promote safety culture and proactive HSE awareness among offshore personnel. Participate in emergency drills and ensure readiness for emergency response. Support the implementation of emergency plans. Act as the main HSE contact for site teams, contractors, and marine coordination. Provide daily or weekly reports to onshore HSE managers. Requirements UK national or existing working rights for the UK. NEBOSH International General Certificate (or equivalent HSE qualification). Relevant technical or engineering background is an advantage. Valid GWO certificates (Working at Height, Sea Survival, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness). HUET / BOSIET with CA-EBS (for helicopter transfers). OGUK / OEUK medical certificate. Minimum 3-5 years HSE experience, ideally with offshore wind, oil & gas, or marine construction background. Previous work on offshore vessels, platforms, or wind farms is highly preferred
