Key Responsibilities
- Deliver contract management services for offshore wind projects with a focus on foundation supply packages, including monopiles and transition pieces.
- Draft, negotiate and implement complex contractual frameworks, with emphasis on FIDIC Yellow Book tailored to foundation-related scopes.
- Contribute to the development and alignment of the overall procurement and contracting strategy.
- Lead the commercial and contractual evaluation of foundation-related tenders, ensuring alignment with project risk profiles and technical requirements.
- Lead negotiations with international suppliers and contractors involved in foundation manufacturing and logistics.
- Establish and maintain a due date calendar and implement a claims prevention approach addressing supply chain risks and contractual interfaces.
- Act as key interface between legal, technical and commercial stakeholders to resolve contractual matters and support successful execution of the foundation package.
- Support and partially lead procurement activities in early-phase offshore wind development, including feasibility studies and consultancy contracts.
- Contribute to the preparation of management updates on foundation package status, commercial strategy and risk exposure.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in contract management within offshore wind or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in foundation supply contracts (monopiles and transition pieces preferred).
- Solid experience with FIDIC-based contractual frameworks, particularly Yellow Book.
- Demonstrated track record in tender evaluation and leading commercial negotiations with international suppliers.
- Experience in managing contractual interfaces across technical, legal and commercial functions.
- Understanding of offshore wind supply chain risks and mitigation strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
