Your responsibilities:
- Highly detailed person with experience of drafting contracts and cross comparing.
- Less negotiating and more internal co-ordination with P&C, legal and engineering.
- Converting technical drafting into commercial drafting.
- Identifying, co-ordinating and managing identified risks.
- Providing market positions through experience.
- Heavily amended FIDIC yellow book contracts with elements of LOGIC.
- On and offshore experience is vital.
- Roles in the ESI Package will be more focused on the details of the contract; negotiations are fully underway for this package, additional support required to come in.
- Focus will not be on leading the negotiations, but they will still be involved with negotiations.
- FIDIC Yellow Book and some LOGIC experience, less so NEC contract forms.
- Technical experience would be beneficial as they will need to read and draft some documentation with technical elements.
