Electrical Construction Manager for a major Offshore Wind Project based in Poland.

Lead and manage all onshore and offshore electrical construction works for the OSP, including installation, termination, testing, and commissioning.

Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved procedures.

Manage interfaces between electrical, mechanical, structural, and commissioning teams.

Oversee electrical installation quality, including cable routing, terminations, switchgear installation, protection systems, and auxiliary systems.

Ensure all works comply with design, specifications, and relevant standards.

Interface with engineering, fabrication, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless transition between project phases.
