Operations Team Leader – Signage & Print Location: Macclesfield Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experience (negotiable) We’re working with a well-established business based in Macclesfield that is looking for a hands-on and experienced all-rounder to join their team as an Operations Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sign making / fitting and large format print who is looking to take the next step into a leadership role, while still staying actively involved in production. In this role, you’ll oversee a busy production and delivery team, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. You’ll be involved in all aspects of the process – from planning and design through to production and occasional on-site fitting, so a full UK driving licence is essential as you’ll be out on the road from time to time. Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule jobs across the production team Order materials and maintain accurate records Lead daily production briefs and monitor team performance Support with hands-on production work during busy periods Visit client sites as needed to assist with installs and maintain relationships Set and uphold high standards for quality, timekeeping, and team communicationRequirements: Proven experience in sign making / fitting / large format printing CSCS / IPAF / PASMA advantageous but not essential Confident managing and motivating a small team Comfortable remaining hands-on and involved in day-to-day production Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Full UK driving licence requiredIf you’re looking for a role that combines leadership responsibility with hands-on involvement in signage and print, this could be the perfect fit
