Learning and applying litho proofing techniques to ensure precision and consistency. Setting up machines, including calibrating rollers, plates, and inks for accurate colour matching and registration. Monitoring press runs to maintain high-quality standards and making necessary adjustments. Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to optimise performance and minimise downtime. Collaborating with pre-press and finishing teams to maintain a seamless production workflow. Adhering to health and safety guidelines and keeping a clean, organised work environment. Managing multiple jobs efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in lithographic printing. A keen eye for colour accuracy and print quality, with strong attention to detail. Enthusiasm to develop new skills, particularly in litho proofing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
