Lead Sign Maker

We’re working with a creative and fast-growing signage company that’s on the lookout for a Lead Sign Maker / Operations Team Member to join their production team. If you’re experienced in signage and comfortable using Adobe Illustrator, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role with genuine responsibility and career potential.

You’ll be the hands-on lead within the signage operations team — helping to plan, brief, and deliver high-quality signage and graphics, ensuring everything runs smoothly across production and installation.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to £32,000, depending on experience

️ The Role:

• Lead on signage production and unique/custom signage jobs

• Use Adobe Illustrator to support design tasks and production check sheets

• Order materials and maintain accurate job records and traceability

• Plan projects using in-house scheduling tools and track progress

• Brief the production team and communicate deadlines and expectations

• Install wall graphics and signage on-site when required

• Provide hands-on support during peak production periods or special installs

• Motivate and co-ordinate a small production team to meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in signage production (a must)

• Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator

• Organised, proactive and confident managing workflow and priorities

• Someone who takes pride in setting the tone — a natural team lead with high standards

• Enthusiastic, positive, and able to keep the team focused and on track
