This long-established, technology-led mailing business delivers everything from Direct Mail and Business Mail to Transactional and Hybrid Mail, working with clients across multiple sectors. The business is entering a new phase of growth and is now seeking a senior commercial leader to join its Client Services function, someone who will drive sales strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate revenue performance. While the role is titled Head of Sales, there is flexibility for the right individual - the priority is seniority, capability, and strategic impact.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will spearhead the business's revenue growth plan, maximising customer retention, expanding existing accounts, and securing new business. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, shaping long-term strategy while remaining hands-on with client engagement and sales development.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing sales team
  • Drive new business acquisition and build market presence
  • Grow revenue from existing customers through proactive account development
  • Create and deliver strategic sales plans in line with growth targets
  • Identify commercial opportunities within print, mail, and postage markets
  • Set and manage KPIs, forecasts, and reporting frameworks
