We’re working with a long-established and highly respected supplier of print finishing technology, representing some of the world’s leading manufacturers across the UK & Ireland. To support continued growth, the business is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded, customer-focused engineer who thrives in a varied role – combining hands-on servicing, installations, operator training, and customer demonstrations. The ideal candidate for this role will be based around the M25, for ease of acess to the South East region. The Role Install, service, maintain and repair print finishing equipment across customer sites Provide operator training and demonstrations to support sales activities Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose faults, and deliver solutions efficiently Represent the company with professionalism, acting as a trusted ambassador on-site Flexibility to travel across the UK (occasional overnight stays required) The Person Mechanical or electrical engineering background (qualified or with equivalent hands-on experience) Previous experience working with print finishing machinery (binding, stitching, folding, laminating, guillotines etc.) highly desirable Strong troubleshooting skills and IT literacy A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills Full, clean UK driving licence Ideally located around the M25 / Home Counties for ease of travel What’s on Offer Industry competitive salary to be discussed, plus performance-related incentives Company vehicle and expenses Annual holiday allowance Long-term employee ownership benefits after the first year Opportunity to represent market-leading finishing solutions within a growing organisation
