Job Description

We’re working with a long-established and highly respected supplier of print finishing technology, representing some of the world’s leading manufacturers across the UK & Ireland. To support continued growth, the business is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their growing team.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded, customer-focused engineer who thrives in a varied role – combining hands-on servicing, installations, operator training, and customer demonstrations.\\n\\nThe ideal candidate for this role will be based around the M25, for ease of acess to the South East region.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nInstall, service, maintain and repair print finishing equipment across customer sites\\nProvide operator training and demonstrations to support sales activities\\nTroubleshoot technical issues, diagnose faults, and deliver solutions efficiently\\nRepresent the company with professionalism, acting as a trusted ambassador on-site\\nFlexibility to travel across the UK (occasional overnight stays required) \\n\\nThe Person\\n\\nMechanical or electrical engineering background (qualified or with equivalent hands-on experience)\\nPrevious experience working with print finishing machinery (binding, stitching, folding, laminating, guillotines etc.) highly desirable\\nStrong troubleshooting skills and IT literacy\\nA customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills\\nFull, clean UK driving licence\\nIdeally located around the M25 / Home Counties for ease of travel \\n\\nWhat’s on Offer\\n\\nIndustry competitive salary to be discussed, plus performance-related incentives\\nCompany vehicle and expenses\\nAnnual holiday allowance\\nLong-term employee ownership benefits after the first year\\nOpportunity to represent market-leading finishing solutions within a growing organisation
