We’re supporting a specialist supplier of high-end large format print and cutting technology as they look to grow their expert team with a highly personable and customer-focused Field Service Engineer.
This is a dual role – not just about servicing machines, but also delivering engaging, hands-on training and building long-lasting client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing and maintaining large format printers and cutting machinery
- Delivering structured training sessions to end users – both hardware and software
- Working with market-leading brands such as EFI, Canon, Mimaki and more
- Advising and supporting users on RIP/workflow software including Onyx, Caldera, Enfocus, and Fiery
- Providing clear technical support while promoting efficiency and uptime across client sites
What You’ll Need:
- Experience with large format print and/or finishing machinery as an engineer
- Confident in diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Strong communication and training skills – you’ll be a key point of contact for users
- Comfortable with RIP/software setup, workflow advice, and system optimisation
- Full UK driving licence and flexible to travel across the South / Home Counties and further afield when required
