We\’re working with a well-established corrugated packaging manufacturer as they look to expand their production team with a Case Maker.

Working on a high-spec corrugated casemaker equipped with two-colour flexographic print, you’ll be responsible for full machine setup, operation, and maintenance—leading the charge on shift and ensuring high standards across quality, output, and safety.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
(39 hours per week, overtime paid at enhanced rate)
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee setup/changeovers of a high-speed Weipong corrugated casemaker
Perform routine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting
Maintain quality control over print and finished boxes
Lead by example, working with the team to hit production targets
Ensure compliance with H&S and company standards
What We\’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience operating Weipong or similar casemaking equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and maintenance capabilities
Familiarity with flexographic print systems (2-colour minimum)
A proactive, reliable team player who takes ownership of their work
What’s On Offer:
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
